Frequently Asked Questions
If you have not already purchased a class online, or if you have not purchased a new membership online, you can receive your member discount by activating your existing membership. If you are a member and have already purchased a class online or purchased a membership through this website the class discount is applied automatically.
To activate your existing membership, use the login block to the right to enter the following information:
username: your last name
password: your 7 digit phone number (no area code, no spaces)
If we do not have your telephone number on record, use 'password' instead.
Once you have logged in to your account you must enter your correct email address to receive order confirmations and updates.
Click on 'my account' in the right hand column and then click the 'edit' tab to update your information.
You may also change your username and password.
Don't forget to click 'save' at the bottom of the page.

After you add your desired class to your shopping cart and enter your registration information the system will notify you if there are no more spots available in the class and ask you to contact the office for more information.
We also encourage you to use our class finder to choose another class or time slot.
The site periodically indexes content. If you cannot find a particular class try going to the Class Finder and pressing and holding down the 'ctrl' or 'apple' 'F' keys to search for your item.
There is no difference. The terms are used interchangeably.
No not at all. If you would like a paper catalog you may print it yourself on your home or office printer or call 631 462 5400 and one will be sent to you. We are trying to keep tuition low by inviting students to register online. We are also trying to bring in new students by directing the printed catalog to folks who have not heard about the League.
The more members and students that opt not to recieve a full bound catalog the more we will be able to keep tuition down, increase our student base and conserve resources.
